The garden is going wild! A combination of lack of energy and lack of time is really resulting in a jungle! But with the beautiful weather Melbourne has been receiving over the last few days I have started to tame the wild, and hope to head out there after this post and clean up the rest of the beds!

This is where my purple cauliflowers once grew, I still have some cabbages growing nicely in there, Hopefully they will be ready before the dreaded white moth appears! |

Your winter crops look interesting. Your lime green broccoli is amazing, so big! Do you eat the greens? Here we are heading into fall, soon the tomatoes will be over, but yours are just getting started. It would be great to have a garden in both hemispheres and follow the growing season around!
ReplyDeleteThank-you! Yes it's the first year I have grown the lime broccoli! We don't eat the greens here, instead they go to the chooks and guinea pigs. It's a sad time when the tomatoes stop producing and I am looking forward to my summer crop so much! Haha that would be handy (but then I couldn't grow my lovely garlic and cauliflower) Thanks for stopping by!
